The Water Resources Utility of the Future…A Call for Federal Action
is based on The Water Resources Utility of the Future…A Blueprint
for Action. The Blueprint was a cooperative effort between NACWA,
the Water Environment Research Foundation (WERF), and the
Water Environment Federation (WEF), and defines the evolving
environmental, economic, and social roles that clean water
utilities are playing in their communities. You can download a
