CH2M Hill of Douglas County and its partner Archer|HDR announced that the Douglas L. Smith Middle Basin Wastewater Treatment Plant Solids Improvements Project in Johnson County, Kan., has earned a National Environmental Achievement Award from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies.
