Working With Water

22 February 2010

The utility was one of only five to be honoured at the 2010 National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Winter Conference for Excellence in Management of wastewater treatment.

The NACWA's Excellence in Management Programme began in 2003 and is awarded every three years. The award recognizes utilities which have implemented and sustained successful programmes in utility management according to NACWA’s standards.

David Brosman, chief operations officer at El Paso Water Utilities said: “This award is recognition that the entire utility staff is working as a team with clear direction from the PSB and upper management. We are continuously improving programmes to meet both current and future wastewater challenges and that we have an excellent record of accomplishments.”
