Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $149 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Inn at LorettoReservations must be made by Monday, October 25, 2010 to receive the special rate.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the seminar rates will apply.

Registration Fees & Information

To register for the 2010 Developments in Clean Water Law Seminar, please complete the online registration on NACWA’s website.  You may also register via mail or fax by downloading the registration form icon-pdf from the website and mailing your registration fee(s) to NACWA.

A discounted registration rate is available to public utilities that bring multiple employees to the 2010 Law Seminar.  Registrants should submit their registration forms together to receive the discount.  Simply fill out a  Registration Form icon-pdf for each person attending and either fax or mail the forms to NACWA.

Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, October 27, 2010.  Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail.  Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.  Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by October 27, 2010.  Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Please Note: Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image in photographs, videotapes, promotional materials as well as reproductions of such events and activities.

 

Ground Transportation

The Inn at Loretto is approximately nine miles from the Santa Fe Municipal Airport and 68 miles from the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport.   The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives:

 

Capital City Cab:

The fare from the Santa Fe Municipal Airport to the Inn at Loretto is approximately $40 and will take 20 minutes. You may reach them at 505.471.4630.

 

Shuttle Services:

Representatives of the Roadrunner Shuttle are available in person at the Santa Fe Municipal Airport or by phone at 505.424.3367.  The fare from this airport to the Inn at Loretto is $15 each way per passenger.  If arriving at the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, an hourly shuttle is available via Sandia Shuttle Express.  This 1 hour and 15 minute trip is $27 one way per passenger or $50 roundtrip.  Please note that there is only one shuttle per hour, and it is recommended that you call in advance to make a reservation at 888.775.5696.

 

Car Rental:

NACWA has selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for this meeting. Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

 

Hotel Parking:

The Inn at Loretto has discounted on-site overnight valet parking available at $9 per day with ‘in and out’ privileges. Please mention that you are a NACWA attendee. There is no self-parking available at this Inn.
