Hotel Accommodations & RatesThe National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $219 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Marriott at Metro Center for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Monday, October 19, 2009 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. To ensure a hotel room, contact the Marriott directly at 202.737.2200. Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out is 12:00 pm. Baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the hotel. Conference Registration Fees & InformationTo register for the 2009 Developments in Clean Water Law Seminar, please complete the registration form and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA. You may also register online. Advance registrations must be received by Monday, October 26, 2009. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via mail or e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing. Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by NACWA by Friday, October 30th. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.
TransportationThe Marriott at Metro Center is approximately 15 minutes from Reagan National Airport, however, several Greater Metropolitan Area airports are within 45 minutes - 1 hour of the hotel by car (Dulles International Airport is approx. a 45 minute drive; Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport is an approx. 1 hour drive).
