2009 Summer Conference
Hotel Accommodations & RatesThe National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $189 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Intercontinental Milwaukee for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, June 23, 2009 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. To ensure a hotel room, contact the Intercontinental Milwaukee at 414.276.8686, and be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA Summer Conference attendee. Note: Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the hotel. A discounted registration rate is available to public utilities who bring multiple employees to the 2009 Summer Conference. Registrants should submit their registration forms together to receive the discount. Simply fill out a Registration Form
Advance registrations must be received by Monday, June 29, 2009. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.
