NACWA’s 40th Anniversary Annual Meeting and the 2010 Summer Conference, Sustainable Resource Management – Lessons from Clean Water’s Past and Present are rapidly approaching.  We look forward to seeing a large contingent of NACWA members in San Francisco in July.  Please review the Membership Meeting Materials which follow.  Members who will not be in attendance at the Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, July 21, are requested to complete the attached proxy to ensure their representation at the Business Meeting.

Enclosed are your membership materials, including information on Board Elections and the most recent agenda for the 2010 Summer Conference.  We hope to see each of you in San Francisco later this month.

The agenda for NACWA’s Annual Business Meeting includes the election of new Board Members (see Attachments B).  Members unable to attend the Annual Business Meeting are urged to complete the proxy form under Attachment A.  Please fax your completed proxy to the National Office (202/833-3743) by close of business on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
