Climate Change: It’s all about Water

Climate experts continue to predict an increase of precipitation in some areas of the country and a decrease in others. Accordingly, public utilities must begin to evaluate how their operations may be impacted by these changes. NACWA's March 10th seminar, Climate Change: It’s All About Water, featured presentations by Richard Heim, a meteorologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Ed Torres, Director of Technical Services for the Orange County Sanitation District, California and Chair of NACWA's Climate Change Committee.
