Senator Cardin (D-Md.) and Senator Whitehouse (D-R.I.) are circulating a “Dear Colleague” letter urging Senate leadership to include $3 billion for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and $3 billion Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) as part of any jobs creation package.The "Dear Colleague" letter  and letter to Senate leadership  can be found on our website. Please contact your Senators to urge them to support this effort and sign the letter. The deadline for signing on to this letter by your Senator is Monday, February 1st.
