Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $149 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Charlotte University Place for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, March 3, 2009 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am; and baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the hotel. Conference Registration Fees & Information

To register for Pretreatment Workshop, please complete the registration form and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA. You may also register online at NACWA’s website at www.nacwa.org/09pret. Advance registrations must be received by Friday, March 13, 2009. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by March 13. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Charlotte University Place is approximately 15-20 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however there are several transportation alternatives to choose from:
