Hotel Accommodations & Rates
The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $139 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 14, 2016 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the discounted rate will apply.

Registration Information
You may register for the 2016 National Clean Water Law Seminar and the 2016 Consent Decree Workshop in various methods. There is a $100 discount for attendees who pay registration for both events. If you intend to register online for both events, please be sure to register for the Law Seminar first. Once that registration is processed, you will receive a discount code which you may then apply to the Consent Decree Workshop. Please note that the discount is intended solely for the fully paid registrant and non-transferable.

Advance registrations must be received by Friday, October 14, 2016. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via E-Mail. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline although the attendee may not appear in the Participant List. Full seminar registration fees include access to all sessions Tuesday through Thursday and an evening reception on Wednesday. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as a participants list. Law Seminar meals included are: a plated lunch on Wednesday, as well as light food and beverage at the Wednesday reception. Consent Decree Workshop meals included are: continental breakfast on Friday; a plated lunch on Thursday, as well as light food and beverage at the Thursday reception. There will also be morning and afternoon beverage service Tuesday afternoon through Friday morning.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by October 17, 2016. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Seminar or Workshop as long as they are received no later than Monday, October 31, 2016. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

The Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza is approximately 22 miles from the Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

The fare from MCI to the hotel is approximately $70 and will take 30-45 minutes. You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.Super Shuttle:
