Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $179 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Long Beach.  Reservations must be made by Monday, April 25, 2016 to receive the special rate, while rooms are available.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Workshop & Training rates will apply.

Registration Information

Register for the Workshop & Training in two simple ways:

• Online: complete the online registration to register at your convenience.
• Mail/Fax: download and complete the registration form and send your registration with payment to NACWA.

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, May 2, 2016.  Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail.  Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees may not be listed in the participants list.  If you have not received a confirmation within five business days after registering, please contact NACWA at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Your Workshop registration fee includes access to all activities Wednesday through Friday, including but not limited to: general sessions; roundtable discussion; and, evening receptions.  Light food & beverage is included during the Wednesday and Thursday evening events; and, morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday through Friday morning.  The Training registration fee includes a light continental breakfast with beverage service in the afternoon.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by May 2, 2016.  Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.  Submit all requests via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Workshop & Training.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. 

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's/participant's likeness.  Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA.  NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts. 

Continuing Education Credits

Bringing A Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Long Beach?  Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions.  Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant's immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Long Beach is approximately 9 miles from the Long Beach Airport (LGB), 24 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA) and 26 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).   The hotel does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle however there are several transportation alternatives:
 

Taxi Cab
The fare from LGB to the Hilton Long Beach is approximately $25 and will take 15 minutes. From LAX and SNA, the fare is approximately $65 and will take 35 mins.  You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.
 

Uber
The fare from SNA to the Hilton Long Beach is approximately $36 and from LAX to the hotel, it is approximately $30. 
 

Super Shuttle
Representatives are available at all airports by baggage claim or by phone at 800.258.3826.  Guests must make reservations directly with Super Shuttle to arrange return transportation to the airport.
 

Car Rental

Hotel Parking
The Hotel offers valet parking at $22 per night which includes 'in and out' privileges.  The hotel also offers overnight self-parking for $18 per night.
