Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $155 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort.  The $29 nightly resort fee has been waived for all NACWA Attendees.  The Reservation deadline has been extended and must be made by Thursday, October 22, 2015 to receive the special rate.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the discounted rate will apply.

Registration Information

You may register for the 2015 National Clean Water Law Seminar:

• Online: complete the online registration to register at your convenience.
• Mail/Fax: download and complete the registration form and send it with payment to NACWA.

Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, October 21, 2015.  Advance registrants will receive confirmation via E-Mail.  Registrations will be accepted after the deadline although the attendee may not appear in the Participant List.  If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Full seminar registration fees include access to all sessions Wednesday through Friday and evening receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as a participants list.  Meals included are:  continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday; a plated lunch on Wednesday, as well as light food and beverage at the Wednesday and Thursday receptions.  There will also be morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday through Friday morning.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by October 21, 2015.  Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.  Submit all requests via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Seminar and onsite.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. 

Attire

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.

General Waiver & Release

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively "associated events"). Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant's name.

Ground Transportation

The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort is approximately 27 miles from the McCarran International Airport (LAS). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab
The fare from LAS to the hotel is approximately $57 and will take 30 minutes.  You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.

Super Shuttle
Available at LAS– representatives are available at all area airports or by phone at 800.258.3826. 
Note that the guests must make their own reservations with Super Shuttle to arrange for return transport to the airport

Car Rental
