NACWA’s 45th Anniversary Annual Association Business Meeting, which takes place during the 45th Anniversary Annual Meeting & 2015 Utility Leadership Conference, Funding, Financing, & Rates for the Future, is rapidly approaching. We look forward to seeing a large contingent of NACWA members in Providence in mid-July. Please review the Membership Meeting Materials which follow. Members who will not be in attendance at the Annual Business Meeting are requested to complete the attached proxy to ensure their representation. Included in this Member Update are the following:

Attachment A: Member Proxy 
The agenda for NACWA’s Annual Association Business Meeting includes the consideration of a Bylaws amendment (Attachment B) and the election of new Board Members (Attachment C). Association Members unable to attend the Annual Association Business Meeting are urged to complete and return the proxy form provided here by close of business on Friday, July 10, 2015.
