Lake Calhoun is a part of the Chain of Lakes and this lake is a very popular site go fishing.  At this Lake, you can go swimming, canoeing, sailing, jogging, roller skating and more. There is a beautiful beach like area to sun bathe and tan. Lake Calhoun is the second most popular after Mall of America.

Lake Harriet or Chain of Lakes

Minnehaha Park

Minnehaha Park overlooks the Mississippi river and features a 53-foot waterfall.  It has over 30 different types of trees and flowers. There is a various list of outdoor activities to do such as walking, biking, viewing the falls and more.

Minnesota Sea Life Aquarium

The Minnesota Sea Life Aquarium has tons of beautiful sea life from all over this world. The Sea Life Aquarium has six different exhibits and they allow you to interact with some of their sea life. It also showcases over 10,000 sea creatures.

The Minnesota Zoo has eight exhibits for you to go explore and they also have activities for you to engage with their animals. Go and enjoy a game of good ol’ baseball at the Target field, Home of the Minnesota Twins.
This is a great environment to be in with Minnesota’s friendly natives. There are wonderful restaurants and bars all around the park for you to enjoy and you still get a great view of the game. You’ll enjoy it even if you’re not a fan of baseball; there are many attractions around this gorgeous field.
