Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $149 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, April 22, 2014 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Workshop rates will apply.

Registration Fees

You may register for the 2014 National Pretreatment and Pollution Prevention Workshop in three easy ways:

Online: complete the online registration (closed) to register at your convenience.
Mail: download and complete the registration form and send your registration with payment to NACWA.
Fax: download and complete the registration form and fax it to 888.267.9505.

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, April 28, 2014. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the participants list. Your registration fee includes access to all activities Wednesday through Friday, including but not limited to: general sessions; roundtable discussion; and, evening receptions. Light food & beverage is included during the Wednesday and Thursday evening events; and, morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday through Friday morning.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by April 28, 2014. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Workshop and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s image in photographs, videotapes, promotional materials as well as reproductions of such events and activities.

Continuing Education Credits

Attend NACWA’s National Pretreatment and Pollution Prevention Workshop and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Bringing A Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Portland? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

Ground Transportation

The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel is approximately 8 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) alt . The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:
The fare from MSP to the Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel is approximately $35 and will take 20 minutes. You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.

Super Shuttle:
Available from MSP – representatives are available at the airport or by phone at 800.258.3826. Note that the guests must make their own reservations with Super Shuttle to arrange for return transport to the airport.

Light Rail:
Board a Light Trail Transit at MSP and exit at the Government Plaza Station. Walk three blocks north on 3rd Ave. and the hotel will be on your right. The fare will be $2.25 and should take approximately 30 minutes.

Car Rental:

Hotel Parking:
The Hotel offers valet parking at $28 per night which includes ‘in and out’ privileges. The hotel also offers hourly rates and self-park for $19 per night Sunday – Thursday and $15 per night Friday - Saturday.
