Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $169 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Palacio del Rio. Reservations must be made by the extended deadline, Friday, November 8, 2013 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Seminar rates will apply.

Registration Fees & Information

You may register for the 2013 Law Seminar in three easy ways:

Online: complete the online registration (closed) to register at your convenience.
Mail: download and complete the registration form and send your registration with payment to NACWA.
Fax: download and complete the registration form and fax it to 888.267.9505.

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, November 4, 2013. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List. Full seminar registration fees include access to all sessions Wednesday through Friday and evening receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as one a participants list. Meals included are: a continental breakfast every morning – Wednesday through Friday; a plated lunch on Wednesday, reception food and beverage at the Wednesday and Thursday evening events and morning and afternoon beverages Wednesday through Friday.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by November 4, 2013. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

Attire

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s likeness. Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA. NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts.

Continuing Education Credits

Attend NACWA’s 2013 National Clean Water Law Seminar and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. If you are interested in Continuing Legal Education Credits specifically, please visit the CLE Page and be sure to sign-in on the daily attendance sheet. CLE forms will be made available on Friday, the final day of the Seminar. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk to pick up your CLE letter.

Bringing a Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Cincinnati? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions and in the spouse lounge. Ground Transportation

The Hilton Palacio del Rio is approximately 8 miles from the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) . The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:
The fare from SAT to the Hilton Palacio del Rio is approximately $22 and will take 20 minutes. You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.

GO Airport Shuttle :
Available from SAT – guests make reservations online, at airport baggage claim, or by calling 210.281.9900. Note that the fare is $18 per person one way, or $34 for a roundtrip.

Car Rental:

Hotel Parking:
The hotel has on-site overnight valet parking available at $39 per night with ‘in and out’ privileges. Self-parking is also available at $27 per night with ‘in and out’ privileges.
