Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $160 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel.  Reservations must be made by Friday, June 21, 2013 to receive the special rate.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

Note: Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm; baggage storage is available for your convenience.  Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.  

Registration Fees & Information

You may register for the 2013 Summer Conference & 43rd Annual Meeting in three easy ways:

• Online: complete the online registration (inactvie) to register at your convenience.
• Mail: download and complete the registration form and send your registration with payment to NACWA.
• Fax: download and complete the registration form and fax it to 888.267.9505.  

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, July 1, 2013.  Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail.  Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List.  If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Your registration fee includes access to all activities Sunday through Wednesday, including but not limited to: committee meetings; general sessions; and, evening receptions including transportation (if not within walking distance of the meeting hotel).  Meals included are:  breakfasts during meetings on Monday through Wednesday; lunch on Tuesday; as well as light food and beverage at the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening receptions; and, morning and afternoon beverage service Sunday through Wednesday morning.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by July 1, 2013.  Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.  Submit all requests via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.  

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s image in photographs, videos, promotional materials as well as reproductions of such events and activities. 

Continuing Education Credits

Bringing a Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Cincinnati?  Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions and in the spouse lounge.  Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel is approximately 12 miles from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) .  The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle from the airport; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:
The fare from the CVG Airport to the hotel is approximately $30 and is 15 minutes away.  

Executive Transportation:
Available from the CVG Airport – call a representative ahead at 800.990.8841.  Note that the guests must make their own reservations and a one-way transfer is $22 and roundtrip is $32.    

Car Rental:

Hotel Parking:
The hotel offers valet parking that is available at $25/day with ‘in and out’ privileges and self park at $15/day.
