Julius Ciaccia, executive director of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, recently received the Excellence in Management Recognition Award from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies during the group's 2008 winter conference in Phoenix. Ciaccia also was elected to the group's Board of Directors.
