NACWA’s 42nd Annual Association Business Meeting, which takes place during the 2012 Summer Conference, Transformational Leadership. . .Changing the Game for the Next 40 Years of Clean Water, is rapidly approaching. We look forward to seeing a large contingent of NACWA members in Philadelphia in July. Please review the Membership Meeting Materials which follow. Members who will not be in attendance at the Annual Business Meeting on Tuesday, July 17, are requested to complete the attached proxy to ensure their representation at the Business Meeting.
Enclosed are your membership materials, including information on proposed Bylaws Amendments and upcoming Board Elections. Information on NACWA’s 2012 Summer Conference & 42nd Annual Meeting can be found at www.nacwa.org/12summer. We hope to see each of you in Philadelphia later this month.

Attachment A: MEMBER PROXY 
The agenda for NACWA’s Annual Association Business Meeting includes a membership vote on amendments to the Association’s Bylaws (Attachment B) and the election of new Board Members (see Attachments C). Association Members unable to attend the Annual Association Business Meeting are urged to complete the proxy form under Attachment A. Please fax your completed proxy to the National Office (202/833-3743) by close of business on Friday, July 13, 2012.
