Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $139 per night (single/double) and $159 per night (single/double) for Gulf view rooms, plus applicable taxes, at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front Hotel .  Reservations must be made by the extended date of Monday, April 23, 2012 to receive the special rate.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Conference rates will apply.  To ensure a hotel room, contact the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front Hotel in Pensacola Beach, FL at 850.916.2999.  Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee and provide the Group Code: NAC, for the discounted rate.

Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm; baggage storage is available for your convenience.  Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.

Registration Fees & Information

To register for the 2012 Pretreatment Workshop, please complete the online registration form.  You may also register via mail or fax by downloading the registration form from the website at www.nacwa.org/12pret and mailing your registration fee(s) to NACWA.

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, April 23, 2012.  Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail.  Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but not included on the meeting’s printed participant list.  Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by April 23, 2012.  Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied.

Please Note: Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image in photographs, videotapes, promotional materials as well as reproductions of such events and activities.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front Hotel is approximately thirteen miles from the Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS) and forty-seven miles from the Northwest Florida Regional/ Ft. Walton Beach Airport (VPS).   The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:
The fare from PNS to the Hotel is approximately $35 and will take 24 minutes. The fare from VPS to the hotel is approximately $100 and will also take 1 hour and twenty-three minutes.

AA Green Shuttle:
Available from PNS and VPS – guests must make reservations over the phone at 850.240.4575.  Note that the fee is approximately $35 from PNS and $65 from VPS, for up to 3 people in the only hybrid shuttle provider in the area.

Car Rental:
NACWA selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for this meeting.  Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is D003081.

Hotel Parking:
The Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front Hotel has on-site overnight valet parking available at $5 per day with ‘in and out’ privileges.  The hotel also offers a complimentary self parking in a two level parking garage.
