Hotel Accommodations & RatesThe National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $249 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Westin Washington DC City Center. Reservations must be made by Thursday, April 21, 2011 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. To ensure a hotel room, contact the Westin Washington DC City Center. Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee. Note: Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.
Registration Fees & InformationTo register for the 2011 National Environmental Policy Forum, please complete the online registration form. You may also register via mail or fax by downloading the registration form from the website and mailing your registration fee(s) to NACWA.
Advance registrations must be received by Monday, April 25, 2011. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but will not be confirmed in writing. Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by April 25, 2011. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied. Please Note: Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image in photographs, videotapes, promotional materials as well as reproductions of such events and activities
Ground TransportationThe Westin Washington DC City Center is approximately five miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA), 28 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and 32 miles from the Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).
