will again co-host the
Utility Leaders Morning
on Tuesday,
September 30 at WEFTEC 2014. The special morning
session – for utility leaders and invited guests – will start
with at 8:00 am with the
Hot Topics Breakfast
, featuring key EPA staff.
The
Utility Executives Forum
will follow from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Significant EPA Presence Expected at Hot Topics Breakfast
With last year’s government shutdown behind us, the
Hot Topics
Breakfast
will again feature key staff from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency’s Office of Water. The discussion will focus on
the top issues facing the clean water community including recent
changes to the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund; the new
Water Infrastructure Financing & Innovations Act
(WIFIA) program;
nutrient limits; toxics control; stormwater management; and more.
This unique opportunity will provide utility leaders with unpar-
alleled access to top water policymakers, as well as the leaders of
the Office of Wastewater Management and the Office of Science &
Technology. Additional details on the program and speakers will be
available soon.
