Karen Pallansch currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Alexandria Renew Enterprises (AlexRenew). Prior to her work with AlexRenew, Ms. Pallansch also worked for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and as a civilian with the Department of the Army. Ms. Pallansch has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s Degree in Business management from Texas A&M University, Texarkana. She is a registered Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, has a Class 1 wastewater license and is a Diplomate with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. She volunteers with several professional organizations. |
