For 40 years, NACWA has been the clean water community’s voice in Congress, at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in the courts, and in the media.  NACWA’s credible, collaborative relationships with these institutions and in-depth understanding of current clean water challenges make the Association uniquely qualified to respond to today’s increasingly complex legislative, regulatory, and legal initiatives, as well as utility management developments and challenges.  NACWA and its active membership will continue to shape the course of environmental protection for today and for the future.
