You also agree that you will not share access to this database with any party that is not a current NACWA member. Additionally, you and your employer agree that any data obtained from the Consent Decree Implementation Survey Database will not be used in an adversarial manner, including potential legal action, at any time against any utility that has contributed to the survey database.
