NACWA’s 39th Annual Meeting and the 2009 Summer Conference, The New Regulatory Climate . . . Clean Water Agencies Prepare to Act, are rapidly approaching! We look forward to seeing a large contingent of NACWA members in Milwaukee in July. Please review the Membership Meeting Materials which follow. Members who will not be in attendance at the Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, July 15, are requested to complete the attached proxy to ensure their representation at the Business Meeting.

Enclosed are your membership materials, including information on Board Elections and the most recent agenda for the 39th Annual Business Meeting and 2009 Summer Conference. We hope to see each of you in Milwaukee in July.

MEMBER PROXY
The agenda for NACWA’s Annual Business Meeting includes consideration of an amendment to the Association Bylaws and the election of new Board Members (see Attachments B and C). Members unable to attend the Annual Business Meeting are urged to complete the proxy form under Attachment A. Please fax your completed proxy to the National Office (202/833-3743) by close of business on Friday, July 10, 2009.
