Hotel Accommodations & RatesThe National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF) have secured a special group rate of $289 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Renaissance Washington for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Monday, April 20, 2009 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. To ensure a hotel room, contact the Renaissance Washington directly at 202.898.9000. Be sure to identify yourself as a 2009 National Clean Water Policy Forum attendee. Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out is 12:00 pm. Baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the hotel. Conference Registration Fees & InformationTo register for the 2009 National Clean Water Policy Forum, please complete the registration form and mail or fax it along with your registration fee(s) payable to NACWA. You may also register online at NACWA’s website at (www.nacwa.org/meetings). Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Advance registrants will receive written confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but may not be included in the Conference Participants List.
TransportationThe Renaissance Washington is approximately 20 minutes from Reagan National Airport, however, several Greater Metropolitan Area airports are within 45 minutes - 1 hour of the hotel by car (Dulles International Airport is approx. a 45 minute drive; Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport is an approx. 1 hour drive).
