Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $149 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hyatt Regency Greenville Hotel. Reservations must be made by Monday, April 20, 2015 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Workshop & Training rates will apply.

Advance registrations must be received by Monday, April 27, 2015. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees may not be listed in the participants list. Your Workshop & Training registration fee includes access to all activities Wednesday through Friday, including but not limited to: general sessions; roundtable discussion; and, evening receptions. Light food & beverage is included during the Wednesday and Thursday evening events; and, morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday through Friday morning. The Training registration fee includes a light continental breakfast with beverage service in the afternoon.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by April 27, 2015. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Workshop & Training and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s likeness. Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA. NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts.

Continuing Education Credits

Attend NACWA’s National Pretreatment and Pollution Prevention Workshop & Training and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Bringing A Family Member?

Do you have spouse, family member joining you in Greenville? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

Ground Transportation

The Hyatt Regency Greenville Hotel is approximately 14 miles from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle that leaves the airport and hotel every hour. In addition to that, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:
The fare from GSP to the Hyatt Regency Greenville Hotel is approximately $38 and will take 20 minutes. You may find one of several taxi companies just outside baggage claim at the airport.

Car Rental:
