Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $239 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hyatt at The Bellevue Hotel. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 8, 2015 to receive the special rate. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Conference rates will apply.

Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.

 

Registration Information

Register for the Workshop in two simple ways:

• Online: complete the online registration  to register at your convenience.
• Mail/Fax: complete the registration form and send it with your payment to NACWA.

 
Advance registrations must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2015.  Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail.  Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participants List.  If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Workshop registration fee includes access to all sessions on Wednesday and Thursday and the evening reception on Wednesday.  Registered attendees will also receive access to all session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as the Participant List.  The Meal included is:  lunch on Wednesday; as well as light food and beverage at the Wednesday evening event; and, morning and afternoon beverage service throughout the Workshop.

 

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. 

 

Consent to Use Image

Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s likeness.  Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA.  NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts. 

 

Continuing Education Credits

Attend NACWA’s 2015 Wet Weather Consent Decree Handbook Workshop and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification.  Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the conference and leave your business card or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Attire

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms tend to be chilly.

 

Ground Transportation

The Hyatt at The Bellevue Hotel is approximately 13 miles from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).  The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi Cab:     
The fare from PHL to the hotel is approximately $28.50 one way and is 25 minutes away.  If you arrive by train at the Amtrak Station or by bus at the Greyhound Station, a taxi to the hotel will cost approximately $15 or $10 respectively.  

Lady Liberty Shuttle:        
Available from PHL – guests must make reservations over the phone at airport baggage claim by dialing 27, or calling 215-724-8888.  Note that the fare is $10 per person.

Car Rental:

Hotel Parking:    
The hotel offers valet parking at $39 per night which includes ‘in and out’ privileges; self-parking with the same privileges is $30 per night.
