2008 LAW SEMINAR The Nation’s capital is sure to be buzzing after the November elections, a perfect time to join your clean water colleagues in Washington, D.C. for the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ (NACWA) Developments in Clean Water Law, A Seminar for Public Agency Attorneys & Managers. During the Seminar we will be analyzing the impacts of the elections and discuss a series of critical legal issues facing the municipal wastewater community on both national and regional levels including nutrients, clean water enforcement, climate change, green infrastructure and stormwater. Amy Walter, editor-in-chief of The Hotline, will discuss her views on the election and how the new Administration may impact the water sector.
